My name is Mrs. Labrum. I have been teaching for 17 years in grades K-2. I taught 3 years, then stopped to raise my children. When my youngest was in 2nd grade I returned to part time teaching. I live in South Jordan with my husband and son, Ken. My husband Mel is a history teacher at Riverton High. I have five children, Lori, Kara, Julie, Ken, and Todd. Two daughters are married and now we have five grandchildren under the age of 4! I enjoy working part time- that allows me to spend more time with my family. I love to read books!

Tara Williams - D-track (am and pm)

Hi! My name is Tara Williams. I have been teaching for 6 years. Right after finishing college, I taught afternoon kindergarten. Then I taught 3rd grade for three years and have been back in kindergarten for two years now. I love teaching and the opportunity I have to see children learn and grow. Kindergarten is such a fun age to work with because they are so eager to learn all they can. I attended Utah State University where I graduated with a dual degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with an emphasis in Language Arts. In December 2007, I completed my master's degree in reading and literacy. I enjoy teaching here at Willow Springs and love working with the great children and families in this area. I love books and one of my favorite parts of the day is when I get to read aloud to the children. It is awesome to help them find and develop their own love of books, reading, and learning.
