PTA
The PTA at Ridgecrest does many things. We run programs such as Red Ribbon Week, Reflections, Family Fun Nights, Teacher Appreciation Week, Birthday Table, Artist in Residence and, new this year, Meet the Masters Art Program. We provide funds for class parties, classroom reward activities and fieldtrips, coordinate volunteers for school and classroom events and act as a communication link for parents and school administration.
There are many ways you can support the PTA:
- become a member
- participate in the fundraiser
- volunteer at the school
- attend the monthly PTA board meetings– 1st Thursday of the month at 1:00
- collect “Box Tops” and “Labels for Education”
- read the monthly newsletter
The PTA is parents just like you that want to make Ridgecrest a great place for our kids.
