Reading/Language Arts Initiative:

• Decrease the number of students in all grade levels scoring in the Partial Mastery level of the Language Arts CRT by 10 percent.
• Maintain the number of students scoring in the Substantial and sufficient levels of the Language Arts CRT in all grade levels.

Academic:

• Decrease the number of students in all grade levels scoring in the Partial Mastery level of the Math and Science CRT's by 10 percent.
• Maintain the number of students scoring in the Substantial and sufficient levels of the Math and Science CRT's in all grade levels.

School atmosphere :

• Promote and support positive student behavior by strengthening student understanding and commitment to the five universal character traits.
• Promote an anti-bullying atmosphere through the use of school-wide bullying programs.
• Promote respect and appreciation for cultural diversity.
• Increase the number of students doing higher quality work

Communication/Community:

• Provide multiple forms of communication with the community.
• Increase communication in parents' native language whenever possible.
• Provide opportunities for parent involvement in every classroom.
