To Enroll, click to enroll online OR print a School Parent Letter and have a cashier scan the barcode on the letter along with your Smith's rewards card.

Track request forms were due by Monday, April 30th. You will be notified by the end of the school year your track/teacher for the 2012-13 school year.
Please turn in your Box Tops to your child's teacher in a baggie with the teacher's name on it. All Box Top money will come directly back to that class.
Parents please do not park in the church parking lot East of the school during night programs. Thank you! |
