ALL DRIVER ED STUDENTS MUST OBTAIN LEARNER PERMITS
*Students may obtain their learner permit when they turn 15
*Students must first pass the state written test on rules of the road to qualify for a learner permit. They may take the test at the Driver License Division
*The student and a parent must go to the Driver License Division to complete an application and pay the $15 fee
*All students must have their learner permits for six months before they are permitted to obtain their driver license
