IHMS Fitness Quiz

You need to follow the instructions below to take the fitness quiz. 

Netscape is not compatible with the program we are using.  Please use any of these browsers – Internet Explorer or Mozilla - PC and OSX (Mac) users can also use Firefox.
 

1. Log on to http://cindy.lloyd.myutips.org
2. Click on “IHMS Fitness Quiz’
3. Enter your first name, last name, and teacher username (shown below)

FOR COACH LLOYD ENTER “cindy.lloyd”
FOR COACH HALBERT ENTER “ronaldward.halbert”

4. Complete the 35 questions
5. Click “Submit”

Be sure you enter the correct user name for your teacher or you won’t get your score.
Also print yourself a copy for your own records just in case you need it.
