Parents,

The 2007-2008 school year is off to a great start! This year we are focusing on a positive, proactive approach to classroom management and implementing new learning strategies to engage students academically. Currently, we are still having difficulties with Powerschool and are working with the district to resolve problems. Please be sure to contact your child's teachers if you have any questions or concerns about assignments, attendance, or grades.

We would like to thank of all the parents and guardians who attended our Back-to-School night in September and remind you that parent Teacher Conferences will be October 3rd and 4th. Last year, we had a significant amount of support for our student led conferences. According to our survey, parents and teachers would like to have a traditional (meet and greet) style format in the fall and continue with the student led (portfolio presentation) format in the spring. Please remember that the counselors and administrators are also available during parent teacher conferences. We'll see you there!
