I am excited to be teaching at Elk Ridge Middle School! I love working with teenagers as we read, write, and explore the ideas in the world around us. I look forward to learning together as we become more experienced and successful members of the literate community.
I have taught at Elk Ridge since the school opened and love working with this community. I received my English Education and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University and later received my Masters of Education from the University of Utah. Besides my Language Arts endorsement, I am endorsed to teach Reading and ESL classes.
I look forward to working and learning together this year!
