Viva el Cinco de Mayo! Our spring Chalk Art Festival was a big
success. Twenty-two Elk Ridge students worked all day to show off
their creativity and talent with a Mexican celebration theme. Elk
RIdge chose "Cinco de Mater," "Speedy Gonzales," and "Senior Flake"
for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners.  "Flamingo Dancers" won the
teacher's choice award. Congratulations and thanks to everyone for
making this great day possible. Long live Cinco de Mayo!  - Liz
