The media center is looking for students who would like to submit book reviews. If you are interested please use the following guidelines and bring your review to Mrs. Albrecht. All of you great readers this is your time to share the latest great or not so great book you have read. Your review should include a rating along with a short blurb to create interest for the book your have read.

 

Rating Guidelines:

 

Essential - If I had $20.00, I would definitely buy this book.

 

Advisable - If I had $20.00,  I would probably buy this book.

 

Optional - This book was ok, but probably would not buy it.

 

NO - This book was poorly written, has content that is not appropriate, I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

Truesight , by David Stahler. Essential. Jacob is a member of a colony, a blind colony. Everyone is blind either genetically or by choice. Jacob starts seeing flashes of light just before his 13th birthday. It is just the beginning of discovering that not everything is as it seems. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it!
