If you have a child who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2012, she or he qualifies for next year's (2012-13) kindergarten program. State law requires all Utah school districts abide by the September 1st date. You will be required to bring your child's immunization record and a certified birth certificate to register your child.

Mission Statement
As a progressive school community, the mission of Copper Canyon Elementary is to provide quality education, targeting academic achievement and facilitating growth and development of all students by providing meaningful instruction, fostering positive self-concept and offering a variety of enrichment opportunities.
AS A REMINDER,
Please keep your children home if they are running a fever or they are sick. Just call the main office and let us know that your child is home sick.
If you choose to check out your child before school ends, please do so through the main office, not with the classroom teacher. Also, if you could please make arrangements, if possible, before school regarding checkouts, it would help our office staff tremendously, as well as decrease classroom disruptions.
If your child is interested in taking beginning orchestra, please contact the main office for more information! |
