Dear Parents,
I can hardly believe that we're already starting October! September was stuffed with so many
great things, and it was a wonderful start to this fun Kindergarten year. We have spent a lot of
time and focus on our school and class rules and routines this last month, and it is so fun to see
these children get excited and follow through with their own responsibilities now. Watch for
some "Fantasitic Fall Behavior" cards as the month goes along. I really enjoy the many opportunities
that I have with your children each day.
Please keep practicing your address and phone number with your child, and some extra help on shoe
tying would also make a big difference. We are also focusing on writing their names correctly - -
with an uppercase letter only at the start of the name. Any extra practice at home makes a big
difference. Thank you for your support!
Let me know if you everhave any questions or concerns. Thanks again for allowing me to share
these special moments with your child!

Happy October!

October's Poem
Pumpkin, pumpkin big and round, I'm glad you grow upon the ground. I'm glad you don't grow on a tree, For then you might fall on me.
